Azalea Bangtao is a boutique villa development by Baan Azalea Phuket Co., Ltd. in Si Sunthon, Bangtao area, Phuket, built under the direction of Thailand-based developer Kelly Cherkowski, with interiors by Open Air Studio and independent quality assurance from Helix. The project's original target for handover was the fourth quarter of 2025; that date has passed and construction is still under way.

A fixed three-bedroom design at exactly 279 m² sits alongside four- and five-bedroom villas whose area bands nearly overlap — a four-bedroom villa can reach 420 m², bigger than most of the five-bedroom villas, which top out at 407.1 m². An extra bedroom here buys little or no extra floor area; size and bedroom count are separate choices.

If you are going to live here

Bangtao is one of Phuket's more built-up west-coast areas: Life School Phuket is under 700 m away, the Phuket Nature Elephant Reserve and Niran Farm Equestrian Center sit within two kilometres, and a clinic and Thanyapura's medical centre are both within about three kilometres. That is a genuine daily-infrastructure spread for a family, not just a developer's claim.

If you are buying to let

The developer's own materials name no management company or rental programme — letting would be for the owner to arrange. The slipped handover date matters here directly: no villa can be let, long or short, until construction actually finishes, and that has already run past its original schedule.

If you are holding for capital growth

The construction-stage gain has not been realised, because construction itself is not finished — the original Q4 2025 handover has already passed without delivery, which is a schedule risk to weigh alongside any remaining discount to a completed villa. What holds regardless of timing: the supply here is closed and small, split across three formats, and Laguna Golf Phuket and the developing Bangtao–Cherngtalay corridor support the area's longer-term liquidity.
