Kiara Reserve Residence Villas is a villa project in Layan, on Phuket's Layan Bay, developed by Kajima Development for Minor International PCL, about 20 minutes from Phuket International Airport and close to Layan Beach. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
