A two-bedroom at Rhea can mean a modest step up from a one-bedroom or a unit the size of a small house, and it is worth checking which end of that range a given apartment sits at.

What the catalogue does not show nearby is a school: daily shopping is limited to a small local minimart, so this reads as a location built for beach life and quiet rather than a full family infrastructure. A dedicated pet park on site is a genuine amenity for an owner with a dog, which most beachfront addresses do not offer.

The largest two-bedroom units, up to 120 square metres, suit a longer-staying family instead of nightly turnover. Either way, the pool, the co-working space and the sauna and yoga area are amenities a short-term guest and a long-term tenant both use, which keeps the building flexible between the two.

If you are holding for capital growth

Handover in the fourth quarter of 2027 leaves most of the construction-stage appreciation still ahead. Surin is one of Phuket's established upscale beach enclaves, and walking distance to three separate beaches is not something a new project further inland can replicate — that scarcity is what will support resale once the building is complete. Sansiri, a listed Thai developer, is building at a size range wide enough that resale demand can come from both compact and larger buyers.
