The developer names international schools and the Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket retail strip as nearby, though the catalogue carries no distance for them — worth checking before counting on a short school run.

At two and a half kilometres from the beach, this is not a walk-to-the-sand rental play; it suits a longer stay built around the lake, the spa and the running track rather than a two-night beach booking. Laguna Golf Phuket and the Angsana Laguna wedding chapel, both under two and a half kilometres away, bring their own visitors — golfers and wedding guests — who value the same amenities. The one-bedroom units, at 45 to 55 square metres, are the more workable size for shorter lets; the two-bedroom units read better for a longer tenancy.

If you are holding for capital growth

Handover in the fourth quarter of 2027 is still well ahead, so most of the construction-stage appreciation has not been taken yet. The surrounding corridor already has a grocery store, a golf course and a historic park within a kilometre and a half, alongside the retail and schools the developer names — enough infrastructure to support resale once the building is complete, in an area that is still filling in rather than finished.
