At 85 m² the choice is only the number of rooms, not the floor space; above it, the three-bedroom keeps growing on its own, to more than double that starting point. The one-bedroom, meanwhile, is the building's main format, held to a narrow 54 to 57 m² band.

If you are going to live here

The condos here are built with fold-away workspaces inside an open-plan layout, a detail aimed at someone actually living and working from the unit rather than just staying in it on holiday. Two hospitals sit within about three kilometres, and Laguna Golf Phuket within two; what the dossier does not carry for this project is a school, so a family should confirm that separately rather than take it from the estate's general reputation. By the time handover arrives, the hills, forests and lagoons the project describes will already be built, not promised.

If you are buying to let

The developer points to professional services and rental appeal here, backed by access to the wider Laguna Phuket facilities including a private beach club — useful for a resident tenant, but the sea itself is nearly three kilometres off, so nightly holiday letting has to be sold on the estate's amenities rather than on beach proximity. The narrow, mostly one-bedroom stock suits a single tenant or a couple more readily than a family wanting to spread out.

If you are holding for capital growth

Handover in the fourth quarter of 2026 is close, so most of the construction-stage gain here has already been taken. What remains is the Laguna Phuket estate itself — closed, established, and built around golf and lake access that a later, unrelated project nearby cannot add to its own address.
