The project has not been handed over, with completion set for the first quarter of 2028 — there is still time before the main construction-stage gain is taken. Nai Thon is quieter and less established than Phuket's southern and western resort areas: it is a rising location rather than a settled one, and liquidity here will grow with the area rather than rest on demand that already exists.
